NEWTON COURT CIDER

Newton Court Cider is a 157-acre organic farm in the middle of Herefordshire with their own apple and pear orchards.  Picking, pressing, fermenting, bottling, kegging and packaging are all done in-house.  The cidery is headed up by Paul Stephens, cider maker, perry fan, farmer and tour guide, following on from his dad Tom, who still can be found around the farm helping out in the shop, delivering and inspecting the orchards.All of the ciders are produced using traditional craft methods: paying tribute to the fantastic ciders that have been coming out of Herefordshire for hundreds of years.
