Collection: Leatherbritches Brewery

Leatherbritches Brewery was founded in 1993, the idea of Bill Allingham, the youngest son of the family. Edward Allingham, Bill's elder brother has since taken over the brewery and runs it as sole proprietor.

Fast forward to present day.  Edward Allingham's youngest son Matthew Allingham is now Head Brewer of the Mad Brewer range and Brewery Manager and he shares the role of head brewer with his dad of the Leatherbritches brewery range of beers. 

Their premium quality beers are brewed using traditional brewing methods using only the finest ingredients.  Prime barley malt and hops from all over the globe, a proven strain of yeast and a local water source are brought together by the skill of the brewer to give that bespoke flavour that is unique to all Leatherbritches beers.

All of our beers except Davenport's are dispatched directly from the breweries to ensure the freshness of the beer. Every brewery is different, but most beers are delivered within 2-3 days of ordering  *excludes weekends, orders placed over the weekend will not be acknowledged until the following Monday* We recommend placing your beer orders before 12pm on Wednesday if drinking for the weekend, this gives the breweries enough time to prepare your order.
