Bald Eagle 3.5% American Pale Ale features US Mosaic hops - a craft brewer's go-to hop with tropical fruit, blueberry and citrus characteristics. Mosaic is coupled with Comet, another American hop, first brewed with by Swan Brewery in Swan Small Step and Swan Giant Leap in 2019. Comet is known for its spicy, grapefruit notes. Underlying these heavenly aroma hops is a grist of principally pale Maris Otter and English First Gold for bittering. At just 3.5% it's a session strength ale with plenty of character.
